We designed a full-fledged credit CRM that powers everything from partner management to loan issuance. Applications enter the system automatically through API integrations with front-end forms. From there, internal teams use structured dashboards to review, score, and approve each request.

The entire admin environment is modular. As Norman Credit grows, new roles, loan types, and approval logic can be added without disrupting existing workflows.

The dashboard provides managers with a clean view of performance and pending items. Access control is handled at the user level, with permission logic built into each view.

This flexibility was essential. The product needed to scale alongside Norman Credit’s business without becoming harder to manage.
