The platform unites the entire participant lifecycle in one flow. Applicants create accounts, submit documents, and follow personalized steps that adapt to their status. Each stage—pre-arrival, in-country, and departure—unlocks dedicated modules with forms, events, timesheets, and feedback surveys. Everything connects through APIs that sync data in real time with internal systems and reporting tools.
